STAR-Fest 2004

a Youth Arts Festival & Family Picnic

Nearly 200 youth and their families brought picnics and spent some family time in beautiful Poinsettia Park on Saturday, May 8.  LACER and the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Dept. presented a festival of visual art, dance, theater, music, and spoken word. There was a raffle, arts and crafts for sale, photo booths, plenty of great food and drinks and even something special for Mother's Day.
