The Homework Club / L.A.C.E.R. Learning
Students use the schools' computer labs after school to access the L.A.C.E.R. Learning on-line program, which provides numerous academic resources that allow students to work on classroom assignments and projects. They can work at their own pace and access quizzes, tutorials, videos, dictionaries, word lists, vocabulary activities, and writing and grammar resources. Also available are text books and a large number of other learning materials that accompany our mathematics and literacy enrichment programs and materials provided to us by the schools.
The goal of L.A.C.E.R. Learning is to help students improve academically. L.A.C.E.R.’s trained tutors supervise L.A.C.E.R. Learning activities and are available to assist students at all times to maximize the benefits of the on-line resources.
At the moment, we have links to over 4,500 online resources, which we make available to teachers, parents and students.
